A Lifetime of Supporting Children, Families, and Growth
Helping others has always been at the heart of who I am. With a lifetime of experience supporting children and families, I’ve dedicated my career to guiding individuals through challenges and fostering growth. My path to therapy was shaped by advocacy and a deep commitment to service—I earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees in social work to expand my impact as a licensed therapist in private practice.
My Approach to Therapy
As a client-centered therapist, your needs, experiences, and goals come first. Therapy should be flexible and responsive, meeting you where you are while uncovering deeper growth opportunities. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, managing anxiety, or supporting a child with ADHD or autism, I provide a space where you feel heard, empowered, and supported.
I am especially passionate about working with:
Mothers and caregivers balancing life’s demands
Individuals facing major transitions
Families overcoming obstacles to growth
Children with ADHD and autism and their families
Bringing the Outdoors into Therapy
Nature has always been a source of healing for me, which is why I offer walk-and-talk therapy. Movement and fresh air can create a calming space for reflection, grounding, and growth. For those who find traditional therapy limiting, outdoor sessions provide a unique way to engage in meaningful conversation.
A Little About Me
Outside of my work, I share life with my partner, blended family, and beloved pets who bring joy and adventure. I love hiking, camping, and biking, using nature as a way to recharge and stay connected.
If you’re looking for a therapist who truly listens, I’d love to hear from you. Whether you need support for yourself, your child, or your family, I’m here to help.
